As Tasmania’s peak employer and business organisation, TCCI provides the voice and platform for business to obtain the best arrangements possible to enable business and economic success.

With guiding principles and values that focus on business productivity and profitability, TCCI endeavors through influence, networking and leading, to create the environment necessary for business success.

To enable this to occur TCCI develops strong policy frameworks and positions and promotes those to the highest levels of government. These stances are developed by the membership through the various committees established by the TCCI Board.

Covering such areas as Taxation, Government Affairs, Infrastructure, Small Business, Occupational Health & Safety, Social and Community support, Education & Training, Environment; these committees develop the necessary policy positions that when endorsed by the TCCI Board are advocated as strongly as possible.

Being part of the TCCI through direct membership provides not only the organisations ability to continue this great work on behalf of businesses generally; for without members TCCI does not exist, but also allows the member to actively participate in the direction of the organisation and importantly the success of Tasmanian businesses.

Involvement, contribution, participation and networking often at the most influential levels of Tasmanian business and government are just some of the attractions of TCCI membership.
