Annual Report

Challenging year has positive results for TCCI 

The Tasmanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry held its annual general meeting this week and I am pleased to report on the outcomes of that meeting to our members.

TCCI says this week is pivotal in national politics

Tasmania’s peak employer body the Tasmania Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TCCI) says that this week is a pivotal week in national politics as negotiations continue between the independents and the political parties on the formation of the next Federal Government.

TCCI Chief Executive Robert Wallace said the national employer advocacy body, the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) had been actively involved in ensuring independents and all parties were kept informed of the economic and business context in which the future government would need to govern.
