Corporate Governance
Workshops for not for profit organisations

About the workshops
TCCI College of Management, under license from Positive Solutions P/L, has developed corporate governance workshops specifically for the Tasmanian not for profit organisations. The workshops are available as half day, second half day, or one full day workshop.

The sessions focus on the ‘do’s’ and the ‘don’ts’ for new and existing board members and executive staff and emphasise the importance of Board’s maintaining a strategic direction, rigorous board member selection processes, progressive board self evaluation and building trust and a common purpose.

The facilitator will tailor the workshop to suit the board structure and operating environment of your organisation and works with board members and executive staff to ensure they will be able to maximise their contribution to the strategic value of the organisation.
