The Tasmanian Government's Work Readiness for Growth Industries Program aims to support local employers in growth industries to provide high quality on-the-job training and work placements to young Tasmanians.
The TCCI has been contracted to deliver support for employers throughout the life of this program. The TCCI will support employers participating in the program to develop greater confidence in recruiting new employees and learn new skills to build productivity and create a great workplace.
Participating employers will also be able to gain recognition as a ‘worker ready’ business.
