The announcement that the Federal Group will manage a $35m hotel development on Macquarie Wharf is welcomed by the Tasmanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

“Saffire Freycinet on the East Coast is a classic example of international tourists clamouring to pay $2800 a night of a unique experience.
“A luxury hotel run by Federal and built by Vos is a great outcome for Tasmania.”
