This statewide program can assist you to:

  • Build a work health and safety management system that is relevant to you and your business
  • Employee consultation engagement in your workplace
  • Risk identification and risk reductions

The new WHS program includes:
  • Workshops including:
    • Leadership and change in the context of WHS including a needs analysis for your business
    • Communicating WHS effectively including development of a communication plan and email, letter templates
    • Understanding and developing positive workplace cultures including Consultation plan or strategy
    • Establishing implementing and monitoring WHS systems and practices including Template documents customised for your workplace
    • Incorporating WHS into employee management practices including review of HR documents
    • Continuous improvement of systems and culture including Action plan for maintaining WHS culture
  • Onsite training/workshops to help you train your employees and build their safety capability
  • Information and updates on emerging WHS issues
  • Tools and resources to support your WHS needs
  • Up to 5 hours of WHS consultancy to achieve your safety goals
Valued at approximately $10,000 per business, this program is available at no cost to your business through the TCCI’s WHS Advisory Service.
