Paul Liggins
Deloitte Access Economics
Paul Liggins is a Partner in Deloitte Access Economics in Hobart.
After graduating from UTas in 1986, Paul joined the Victorian government and worked in policy roles across a number of departments, including Victoria’s Essential Services Commission.
In 1998 he became a consultant and has worked for Deloitte Access Economics since 2007.
Paul specialises in the energy, water and natural resources industries, and more recently has been working across the tourism, transport and economic development areas.
His clients include DPIPWE, Mona, Department of State Growth and the RACT.
Paul returned to Hobart to establish Deloitte Access Economics’ Hobart practice in 2018.
