Are you aware changes to the Chain of Responsibility (CoR) laws came into effect on the 1st October 2018? Are you a receiver or supplier of goods in this chain?
The changes align CoR laws more closely with workplace health and safety laws ensuring everyone in the supply chain shares responsibility for ensuring 
the safety of the transport activity.

Join the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR) at one of the below sessions, to ensure you and your business are compliant with these new laws.

NHVR will be discussing the new Chain of Responsibility Laws and an overview of how the NHVR conduct regulatory compliance for the heavy vehicle industry in Tasmania, this is your opportunity to find out more and ask questions.
