Natalie Kingston, Business Services Adviser

Nat has in excess of 30 years’ experience in service industries across in a broad range of frontline, supervisory and management roles.
Over the past 15 years, Nat has held industry trainer, mentor and project management roles working closely with businesses to deliver a range of support services to enable them to thrive.
Nat has extensive experience working with industry including six years with the Tasmanian Automobile Chamber of Commerce and two years with the Tasmanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.  Nat has an excellent understanding of the range and significance of issues that affect businesses in Tasmania.
As TCCI’s Business Services Adviser she provides a range training facilitation, as well as looking after members by coordinating delivery of services such as workplace relations, workplace health and safety, events and communications.
Nat is committed to working closely with TCCI members and the wider business community to identify needs and to design and deliver solutions to support Tasmanian business to thrive.

Stacey Joseph

Stacey has in excess of twenty years’ experience in the service industry across a broad range of front line, supervisory and management roles.
For the past fourteen years, Stacey has been an industry trainer, coach and facilitator, and most recently, Project Manager.
Stacey has a broad experience in people-centred project management, workforce development and the design and delivery of a range of leadership and management programs both accredited and non-accredited.
Stacey takes a practical approach to the delivery of training drawing on her experience as both employee and manager.
Stacey facilitated the TCCI Employer Validated Work Readiness project culminating in the development of the work ready framework to support the development of those attributes
employers identified as what they value in new employees.
Stacey currently works as the TCCI education specialist working closely with TCCI members to identify needs and to design and deliver solutions to those needs.
Stacey has extensive experience delivering accredited and non-accredited training. Stacey has a passion for delivering issues based training that is developed and customised specifically
address issues identified by employers and/or participants.
Stacey has a contagious passion for everything she does, driven by the desire to help others to develop and improve.
Operating with integrity and optimism, Stacey has a strong sense of purpose and the ability to positively influence others. Keen to identify the source of problems Stacey places equal focus on the individual, the team and the systems and culture in which they operate.
Regardless of whether it is an individual performance outcome or a large scale workforce development project if it involves people and workplaces Stacey will bring knowledge and practical strategies to the table.
Holding accreditation as a Certified Professional Behavioural, Motivational and Emotional Quotient Analyst Stacey also has a suite of tools and resources to deploy including access to internationally recognised psychometric profiling tools.
